    Good luck making an appointment you always, if anyone answers you end up in the overflow center and they can not do anything for you! If they pick up and place you on hold hang up you will be placed on hold indefinitely. If it is this hard to make an appointment not sure I trust them to do anything!

    Have tried for two months to schedule an appointment, no one ever answers the phone. Option 3, on hold for HOURS, till the phone starts to die. Dial a different option or call admin and they entered a direct request for a call-back, no one ever calls.

    Terrible call center with extremely long wait times. Operators hung up the phone FOUR times after an hour wait . When I was finally able to reach a member they would ask for my information, then will say hold Ill come back to then transfer me back to the phone waiting line. Had a situation with my referral instead of notifying they let it sit there without informing my hospital or myself. Very poor organization needs a management change, no desire to help patients it seems.

    Sorry this is for Tulare location and it wont let me delete This place is horrible! I tried to book my routine mamm, it takes forever to get a call back. When I finally got a call back I scheduled a date that was said to be a last min opening. So I left work early to make my appt. When I arrived they told me I had an appt that morning, I said no I did not the woman I spoke to told me to come at 3. They would not see me and told me I had to reschedule. Again I called, left a message and it took days to get a call back. I was then told there would be no mammograms in march. So I scheduled my appt for April 10. When I arrived 15 min early like I was asked me to, the registration area told me I would be next since I was the only appointment out of the lobby having about 20 people waiting. Well it took over 40 min to even get called up to be registered, then they said they didn't have my order when I was told by scheduling that they did. That took about 20 min to resolve. This made me super late for my appt. Had my appt and left. Later that week I saw my Dr had updated MyChart with my results showing I needed to schedule a diagnostic mamm and ultrasound. I called that Friday, again left a message for an appt. Again it took days and multiple calls made by me to get someone on the phone. The week of April 17th I was told that they could not see me because they "were no longer offering those services". I thought that was weird and started trying to find another place to go. Fast forward a week, I receive a letter in the mail dated 4/18/23 stating that because they were improving services they would be installing new state of the art machines and as of May 17th they would be pausing services. Crazy they wouldn't schedule me when they had a whole month to get me in before the closure. Ridiculous! Worst service ever dealing with this department. They are so unprofessional and lazy and take almost a week to return calls but only if you keep leaving messages and bothering them. I liked going here for the convenience but I would rather drive to Fresno than deal with this unprofessional office. This is not how patients who are dealing with the stress of abnormal results should be handled.
