Family HealthCare Network

I have had several significant issues with family healthcare network since January 2023 my appointments were being rescheduled or cancelled without notifying me I've even been in route to the appointment and get a call trying to pull over to answer and it rang three times no voicemail was left I arrived and was informed my appointment was changed to a later time I asked why I wasn't notified and my doctor's assistant said he tried to call i asked why he didn't leave a message at least he said he was cut off and no attempt made to call again I've been sitting at home get a notification I have an appointment in 15 minutes I rush down to discover it apparently was a phone appointment I got the call while trying to talk to recd I attempted to call back no answer I left three messages it their was never any attempts to return my calls i have providers takin multiple months off i was in the process of regulating my diabetic medicine when my primary care dr took some time off i was left with unregul blood sugar and unregulated medication i did attempt to see another provider to assist with this and was told to wait for my primary care

They do have really nice doctors but it takes to long to get a appointment and one time I went there and they did nothing, all they did to me was just check my blood pressure and thats all. Still a really nice place to visit but there are bad doctors I have seen there.(please ignore my Profile picture)

Other providers are cool and listen to what is going on, except for Dr. Donella Jenkins. Tried to explain what was going on with my lower back always interrupted me. And since I had zero pain at that exact moment her words you dont have back pain, what exactly do you want us to do and then starts explaining how her back starts to hurt and tries to make it seem as if my problem is just like hers. Worst doctor to even ask for.
