        An Enchanted Florist does such a beautiful job on their arrangements. I have had them make a few arrangements and would definitely shop with them again. Highly recommend!

        Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and didn't even deliver the product, left a tag at the door and not even a phone call received, then charged a delivery fee anyways. If I can put no star, I would.

        The delivery was exceptional. There the same day. 5 stars! However, the flowers & vase look like a $40 arrangement (small), so a bit disappointed it cost me $80, plus $5 for the balloon. I would use them again, tho. I live in another State so unable to walk in and order. One bit of advice to the floral shop...allow online shopping for more arrangements, and show what we order. I had no idea what I had ordered until my cousin sent a picture. Overall, satisfied.

      Sorry to hear that you've had trouble. I do receive messages in Spanish through the website. That is curious, you can always call and dictate the message to us.
