Clean to the Maxx

Clean to the Maxx has came to my home a couple times and have exceeded expectations every time! Very responsive and very adaptable when I had to reschedule last minute (twice). They do amazing work and I highly recommend them!

I had my carpet cleaned today. When I called last Friday Shaun gave me a verbal estimate based on the square footage I gave him. Derek showed up within the time window quoted, called when he was on his way. When it came time to pay I handed him a credit card and he said "there is a $10.00 fee for using a credit card". I said Shan did not state that when I called (it's not listed on the website either). A small issue but turned what was a good experience into a somewhat sour one. The $10.00 fee is higher than any credit card company would charge. Do what you say you will for the price you say you are going to do it for.
