        The place is we'll kept on the outside. I have noticed that they do not have an effective furnace filter replacement program. The unit I visited has a clogged filter for months. I think it is a fire hazard.

        I have tried to call and get an appointment to view the apartments but there is never anyone there or they don't respond to the emails that I have sent... they say that they have openings but when you try to apply nothing then they say they don't have anything this place seems like a joke

        I have also been trying to call this apartment complex for a while now. Noone picks up the phone. Tried arranging a viewing no one replies back. Not sure what is going on at Cedarbrook or if anyone actually works at the office. I would love to stop by and talk about being a resident but it's hard if you can't reach management.
