        I am very disappointed that not only is my rent going up a large amount but that you are discontinuing the discount for early payment.  In these times it seems you would be happy with people who pay their rent and you wouldn't try screwing them.  You must want renters to move in every 30 days and out again so you will have to redo the apartment between renters.  I have been here 10 years and I don't like being treated this way.  Congratulations, your rent just reached the amount we can pay for lawns that are green (not brown) and houses that are up to date.  A lot of my apartment is original from build.  Can't see how this is necessary.  I'm officially looking for new place (not here).  Virginia Parker
