Jane is a great agent; she treats my family and I like family. We have bought two houses from her and she has help us sell as well. She makes sure everything goes smoothly from the beginning of looking at houses at open houses to closing escrow. She takes the time to go to open houses with us, researches about cities and schools, and compares prices and houses for us. Jane is a very thoughtful person. I enjoyed working with Jane. She is always responsive, no matter when you call her, she will be available. She walks you through all the complicated steps that you have to take and make it very easy to understand what you need to do. She never misses a meeting and is ahead of time.
Within the stressful time of looking and finding a place, Jane will do a lot of research to make it clear for you what actions to take. Her knowledge and experience was a peace of mind for me and helped me to make the best move.

There are no words to describe the impeccable service executed by this super heroine realtor, Jane Li. She fulfills all the excellent clichs: she goes above and beyond, no client is too big or too small to feel the outstanding love and dedication Jane pours into her clients. She literally makes you feel like you are the only client in her entire life, like your existence gives her breath. I have friends and family who are realtors and yet her perseverance to find us the perfect home with equity, during the pandemic when everything was getting overbid, she outdid my own family. She now, and will forever be mine and everyone I know (who has any sense), realtor and friend. If you want your home miracles and fantasies to be your reality then Jane will exceed them.
