beware not liscenced! carlos takes advantage of emergencies so that he can charge a he pleased. carlos please provide your liscence california states you should dsplay it in your company marked vehicle. please contact your district attorney for complaints hence the liscencing board can't do anything against unliscenced handyman. if you want your money back. unlicensed plumbers can only charge up to $500 anything more than that and you can refuse to pay even if work is performed with out legal consequences

They suck!!! They lie that you have a broke drain line!! They are not liscenced check liscensing board. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.. don't believe anything they say...

There was an emergency at home. It was late at night and the work had to be done. The main pipe had been blocked. My son was able to semi-unblock it for a few days using a power drain snake, before it blocked again. I told my son to look on Yelp for a company that has good reviews. That's how you find honest people who will do a good job and won't overcharge you right? MISTAKEN.. I called I Love sewers Rooter and Plumbing. They saw how much sewage came out and they cleared some of it up and ran the camera. They showed us all the root damage and said there were still lots of roots that needed to be cleared. Then the plumber company told us there was still lots of roots and the pipe was collapsed from all the root and could not get it any cleaner. ( I doubt it had collapsed because my son had semi-unlocked it days before) They convinced me that the pipe was so damaged that it was going to continue to keep backing up and that it had to be replaced. We were told that it would cost $25,000.00dls! I was scared because they had already broken the cement! They were going to install a liner that went all the way into the street ( it's 60 feet) Later on, they came to tell me that it was not going to cost $25,000.00 but $37,000.00! Both my son and I were scared and anxious and felt like we were talked into everything. I just want to give advice to those who require plumbing work, to focus on reviewing the bad reviews of this company on Yelp and you will realize the bad practices of the owner of this company. Had my sewer line backed up and I love sewers came out and cleared my line the same day I called. I received a phone call as well when the technician was heading my way. They advised me of what the repair would cost and when the job was done it wasn't a penny more! Placing this company on our community page and would use them again in a heart beat.
