        I have been with Allstate insurance for more than 10 years and I won't change a thing. Great customer service, I call to add change or pay my bill by phone all the time and they are always their to help and get it done on the same day.         I had a major water leak late on a Friday. Although I filled the claim myself, There was no contact possible. They get the commission but are "do nothing" when I needed them to do something.
