image They were very good at the job. My mom did the implant root canal treatment and crown in this office. She felt no pain. And doctor did very quick and excellent job. She always scared to go to the dental office. But thanks to kmc they were very focused on providing accurate and efficient patient care she had a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

image A year ago, he had two dental implants done at his home, two wisdom teeth had to be removed, and one tooth had a brace.
1. The tooth that received braces has always been sensitive to cold and heat. I told the doctor many times, and the reply was that it will get better after getting used to it for a while. They also said that after braces are put on, they will not be so sensitive. However, after braces, I still feel I'm very sensitive. I can only drink warm water now, and I can't drink any other hot or cold water. It's very painful. I communicated with them and they said that the nerve needs to be removed again and a new brace must be made, which will cost extra.
2. The dental implants were completed at the beginning of this year. Yesterday, the brace on one of the dental implants fell off. I went to have it repaired today. I was told that it is rest time. Although your problem is very simple, you still have to wait for the doctor to go to work. I understand this, but today is Monday, I have a lot of work in the afternoon, and I cant spare time to do it again. I clearly saw the doctor playing with his mobile phone, so I thought forget it, its lunch time, then Ill come back tomorrow, today is very busy I am too busy to take time out. The result told me that I can't do it tomorrow and have to wait until next Monday, a whole week. I'm really speechless. It's obvious that you are not professional enough and the teeth are not done properly. It is obvious that it can be re-glued, but it can be done in a minute or two. Where is the doctor playing on his cell phone.
I thought that by spending more money, the teeth would be better and the service would be better, but I didn't expect... In terms of working hours, they are not wrong, but in terms of humanization and technology, they are too bad. I hope it helps everyone and avoids stepping into the trap.

Before you came in, no matter what kind of treatment you need, please call our office ahead and make an appointment. Even though the re-cement crown do not take that long, it was the doctor and staff's lunch time when you showed up without notice. We will like to continue providing services for you but appointment is always needed since we do not open seven days a week. In terms of treatment you did, we do not provide braces in our office. Gold crown sometimes comes with sensitivity so we always tell our patient to come back for check up after treatment is done. If you still feel your crown is uncomfortable, please make an appointment and come back for exam. We are more than happy to assist you. Thank you again for your understanding.
