        Took my very first introduction class to pole dancing with Adelaide and it was very cool! Even though I dont have a lot of upper body strength, Addie was accommodating and taught how to use our other muscles to hold ourselves up the pole. There is a parking lot so it wasnt hard to find parking and poles are clean!
