David was amazing to work with and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Russian River area! My wife and I were interested in getting a place up there to enjoy on weekends (and hopefully more, now that we are often working from home). After speaking with Dave to give him a sense of what we were looking for, he was regularly in touch with us when new listing arose, and was honest about which places were/weren’t quite what we were looking for. We ended up finding a place we loved much faster than expected, and David made the entire process seamless. He was available to answer any and all questions, and getting documents sent back and forth was a breeze. David really knows the area inside and out, and can tell you the pros/cons of all the little micro-communities and towns around the Russian River area. If you’re looking for a home up that way, he’s the guy to work with!

David made house hunting fun and he was very patient with us concidering we didn't really know what we wanted. We were shown a good variety of houses to help us figure out what we did want. He is extremely knowledgable about Sonoma county and has every possible resource at his finger tips. The entire process was made easy because he did pretty much everything for us and explained everything in great detail whenever we had questions or didn't understand parts of the process. David is very responsive as well. We never had to wait for a response whenever we contacted him. He has also checked in with us many times after closing on the house to make sure we are happy and offer more assistance if needed. My wife and I could not have had a better home buying experience! I highly recommend David to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house in his area.

Real estate deals tend to be fraught with emotion. Having an agent that exudes professionalism and a calming disposition can definitely smooth the entire process. David Millar is simply the best. His years of experience give him to know-how to handle every quirky thing that comes up during the sale of your home. He helped us buy our condo and deal with a pretty wacky seller, and then four years later, he helped us sell it in the middle of the pandemic! If you're looking to purchase in west Sonoma County, or sell a property, do yourself a HUGE favor and get this guy!
