Ruby and Patrick were great to work with! They were very responsive, including on weekends, and flexible with our availability for touring homes. They were very helpful answering all of our questions as first time home buyers and connected us with a mortgage broker as well. They helped us find what we were looking for even though there was very low inventory in the area for our limited budget. Buying a home for the first time was stressful, but Ruby and Patrick made sure we had everything we needed and kept us within our timeline. Thank you Ruby and Patrick!

Great Experience . Ruby and Patrick made our home buying experience run very smoothly. They educated us, rooted for us, and calmed us down when things got hectic as they do in any home buying experience. We found a home online, and put an offer in and Ruby helped us in every way and didnt run from us when she found out we had not even listed our home yet! We got our keys yesterday and are now excited to continue our relationship and have fun decorating. She found all the great contractors to help us with the changes we wanted to do as well.
