My fianc & I rented from Del Mar in November of 2021. We were having a rough time trying to find a place due to my low credit & having a small dog. Wanda was able to work with us & find a way to be able to rent to us. It was mine & my fiancs first place together & she gave us the opportunity when everyone else turned us away. Living there was nice & any problems we had, she was able to help us right away. We were living upstairs & asked if we could move downstairs & they allowed us to move, no questions. We did have some flooding due to all the rain but the owner came by & they were able to help us within a couple hours. I have never had any issues with Del Mars management. They were very understanding & professional. The only problem we had while living in one of their properties was because of noisy upstairs neighbors who had a two year old that would cause so much noise. We never complained because we understood with a baby, it can be hard to control noise level, I guess. We would love to rent through Del Mar still but we needed something a little bigger with no neighbors above or below us. We were there a year & a half & were extremely happy while living there. :)
