Not open 24/7. The piece they "fixed" a week ago has broken and I've tried getting a hold of them for over a half an hour. All their contact lines do not go through.

Very helpful, friendly staff. It's hard to get good customer service skills these days, but this company really has it with their technicians and the office staff! And the best part is they actually ANSWER their phones! Another hard thing to come by.. plumbing companies actually answering their phones! Will definitely be using them again for future problems!

This is the most honest and affordable plumbing. Our water heater went out, and we were desperate to fix it soon! Every company we called for quotes were determined we would have to replace the whole heater! When we called Five Cities Plumbing, Chad (owner) was very kind and willing to come out to try and diagnose the problem first and resort to replacing the heater if needed. His price to fix the problem and the price he quoted to replace the heater was very honest and affordable. Every company was quoting high, but Five Cities plumbing was reasonable and honest in the price they charged. They were fair and trustworthy. I was VERY pleased with the work they did, and felt very confident in using them based on their experience and credentials. I would HOPE everyone would use this company for plumbing needs in the five cities area. If you choose someone else, you will be wasting your money and time!!! Thank you Five Cities Plumbing!
