Juan is a nice guy but terrible very poor response on text, emails and voicemail always full,
Final straw was had to pay a over charge on a policy that he absolutely would not return my messages, at one time he even answered the phone and said I'll call you back in 10 minutes. It's been 3 days, needless to say I jumped ships,

While the prices are affordable, they have terrible lack of staff to at least respond back to any email or calls. Voicemail is always full! :(
