I went in yesterday 03/24, I was kindly greeted by one gentleman. The other employee his name was John was very rude. I was asking questions about a car part i needed and he kept rolling his eyes, acting very annoyed. I was very disappointed i ended up asking to get a different employee to assist me. He also stated hes been working there for 27 years after I asked him how he had this job for so long with that rude and ignorant customer service. What a disgrace, terrible employee. Cheers to the other employee who helped me. Will be going to oreilleys from now on.

Wonderful experience Staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly . Angel and Michelle really went above and beyond truly helped me out .

By far one of the best auto parts store Ive been to in a while. I went in to get my battery replaced and my check engine light read. I was helped by a young man who is a manger named Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about his work and very respectful. Thank you Andrew for all the needed help, I hope good things come your way young man.
