I'm very grateful to have participated in the White Stag Program. The program has so much to offer to everyone. Whether you are a brand new candidate, a returning staff member or an adult leader, you will develop leadership skills, experience personal growth, spark new friendships and learn about yourself. The lessons you learn, the challenges you overcome and the fun you have with friends will not be easily forgotten. The White Stag is a symbol of overcoming difficulties to reach the higher aims of life. I encourage you, whoever is reading this, to take on the White Stag challenge! Follow the White Stag! Foward, Upward, Onward, Forever!

My two kids went to white stag the leadership program this year the very first time because they had friends coming with them. I felt so nervous when they were away and kept wondering how they would look like after a week. It was just wonderful to see them marching to the ceremony and in great spirit. On the way back, two kids talked a lot, the food, the activities, the team members and the patrol leaders. My husband and I were listening to them but all smiling. Each every kid should have an opportunity to go white stag at least once. Highly recommended!
