Mobile ordered a shake and mcflurry but they like usual said they were out of shakes. Asked for a refund and they said no can do if I paid in the app and to call mcdonalds. Well... Mcdonalds corp says it's up to the local store to issue refunds. So guess who just got a chargeback over $4.70

My two friends and I wanted a sit down dinner because it was after 8 and everything else in town was closed. We walk in and when the hostess was about to guide us to a table we asked if we could have a booth. She seated us on the other side and then asked the waitress if she would help us over there. The waitresss response was I dont want to. I had to go to the bathroom so my friend asked me what I wanted to drink which I responded to. By the time I got back from the bathroom our drinks had been served. So the wait began. A family came in and they were seated at a booth two away from us. The waitress proceeded to busy herself with other things, taking a tray of food to a table (understandable). Taking silverware somewhere. Totally ignoring us. Then when she went to take the order from the other family, we decided that was enough. We got up to walk out. I had to walk right by her and told her she is a horrible waitress. Instead of saying Im sorry or nothing at all, she popped back hey I didnt want you to sit there because Im working on the other side and I was going to take your order next. Well, she should have let us know she was a little behind or something, not just leave us sitting there and we were seated several minutes before the other family came in. A young gentleman came up and said oh youve already got your drinksI told him yes and our waitress is ignoring us . We are in town for the fair so we will spread the word about the horrible service at this restaurant! We eat at Dennys all the time. This has been one of the worst experiences ever.
