We were having trouble getting someone to come out to remove a "widowmaker" broken tree branch from one of our pine trees that was too high up for my husband to get to. I posted in a community Facebook group for help and Kord responded to my request and offered to come out a few days later (he was out of town at the time). We weren't going to be home when he offered to come out, but since the issue was on the street he was able to take care of it without us here. Kord showed up on the afternoon he said he would, used a rope and pulley system to climb the tree (instead of spiked shoes) to preserve the health of the tree, safely took down the broken branch, and cleaned everything up as if he'd never been here. We will definitely use him again for future tree work on our property. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
