Jared is an outstanding loan broker, When I noticed a discrepancy in what the loan promised and the final numbers (in my experience this happens a lot), he agreed quickly and moved us to a much better loan easily and fast. I have never had this happen before in my multiple times getting home loans, I really felt like he was on my side.
