Julie worked with me for several months to try and locate a piece of land to buy. Her professionalism, persistence and knowledge are top notch. My expectations were quite specific and this made her job that much harder. Although I was unable to close on a piece of land, it was in no way a lack of effort or creativity on Julie's part. I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for real estate to purchase.

My husband and I purchased our first house in October 2023. We had no idea what we were doing, and we were moving seven hours away from our community. My husband had found Julie through one of her listings and would call her if we had questions about any of the neighborhoods or houses we were interested in. We werent able to travel to Grass Valley to see anything for ourselves, and it had been ten years since we had even been there. Julie was always there to answer our questions, do video walk throughs, and keep us grounded when we wanted to pursue a property that would have put us in very serious debt. We were outbid on the first property we wanted, and we started to consider one of the properties Julie had suggested for us. She walked our whole family through via facetime, and we fell in love with it. She knew we wanted a house that needed a little work and was very transparent about everything that needed to be done. She knew we would be not be able to see the house for ourselves before purchasing it and wanted to make sure we were well informed so there would be no regrets. Julie made the very stressful process of buying a home seem so simple and straight forward. She truly cares about helping her clients find the right home and she made us feel welcome in our new community. We had a million questions about the home buying process, activities available for our kids, and weather preparations to make since we were moving from southern california. She answered everything honestly and took away and lingering fears I had about making a pretty substantial move. Working with Julie was an absolute joy, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home here.
