        I had a dead battery right after Christmas. Luckily, I had another car I could use, but had to get my daily driver back up again. Ive changed batteries before, so I went to Riebes and bought the battery and figured Id watch YouTube and change it myself. Wrong! I couldnt even get the battery unhooked to get it out of the car (thanks Mercedes for making that so hard)! And, Im not sure I wouldve been able to lift the battery anyway - it weighs like 70 lbs. I called Menig and left a message before they opened the next morning. I got a call back early and was told to bring it in as soon as I could. I was there within an hour and they had the new battery installed in less than 20 minutes! So awesome! Ill definitely be going back for regular service appointments!
