Absolutely poor workmanship. They installed a gate that didn't last 2 months. They won't even answer their phones or return phone calls to come out and fix. Awful!!!!!!!!

Unresponsive. Over the past two weeks we have tried 7 phone calls, 2 emails, 3 text messages. We have a warranty claim due to work Gold Country Fence installed. The issue includes inadequate joinery and rust abatement that has lead to a driveway gate being disconnected due to failed brackets. So far no responses and their voicemail doesn't provide any insight into status of the business. We wanted to install an ornamental iron fence around our back yard -- about 300 feet total, five feet high with three gates. I called and left a message. Jeff responded the same day, came out immediately, gave us an estimate the next day, emailed some photos, scheduled the work a couple of weeks later, showed up on time, kept us informed of progress, and completed the job when he promised. He and his crew were pleasant and professional throughout. The result: a great looking fence, professionally installed for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more.
