Ordered online for pick up, website said it would be ready at 9:30. Got there and they told me they never got the order, refused me a refund then told me to call the 800 which was closed.

I just picked up an order 8:15 PM Wednesday. And the lady boss there was very rude, and was shouting at her employees unnecessarily. I
understand the guy was making mistakes, but where is the grace?

I ordered my food and just got a simple smash bowl combo and the lady asked if I wanted fries I answered yes but then I got no fries and was missing stuff so I went back and told her what happened politely and she said well the lady that took your prefer didnt know that it did not come with fries but you can buy it for 4.53 and now we waited abt 10 minutes not everything was included in the smash bowl
