Awful customer service. Waited over an hour to be seen when the doctor specifically said she would see my daughter. After waiting 1 hour and 10 mins, I walked out and of course as we are walking out.. the doctor can see us. I don't think so. I would never bring my child here ever.

I made an appointment at this Medical group they made me wait a week.  The day before the appointment they call me to confirm the appointment and tell me that it's not an actual doctor's visit but an over the phone consultation, because the doctor is scared of catching COVID.  This doctor is a COWARD who is derelict of his duties as a doctor.   He and all other doctors like him should have their license to practice medicine taken away because they refuse to do their job when they are needed most.  Thank God, I wasn't seriously ill and was able to go to Urgent Care to take care of my problem.  This doctor brings shame on the profession for being a COWARD, he is afraid to see patients because of an over rated flu that has a 99.7% survival rate.  I will be sure to change him as my primary physician first chance I get.  If a doctor wont see patients because there is COVID out there, then I do not want to see that doctor once there is no COVID.

Rude af and no one ever gets back with phone calls or test results. You literally have to follow up on your own every time - which means calling countless times to see if results are ready while having them tell you they'll call and let you know. 2 months later no call back so I end up calling again only to find out my results have been ready for a month...I'd give this 0 stars if I could
