        Provider downplayed and invalidated my symptoms, was treated as if I was incompetent despite being a healthcare worker myself. Misdiagnosed. Save your time and money and visit a different location.

        Came in late on a friday night after my son developed a fever and ear infection. Doctor and staff were amazing, they made my son laugh and feel comfortable and gave him some toys. Made sure his prescription could be filled that night and called a few places for us in advanced and guide us to the best spot since we were visiting from out of town. Even followed up with us the following monday to see how he was feeling. Really appreciate the attention to detail and kindness they provided!

        Had a rlly bad uti with awful abdominal and back pain and they refused to see me cause they are at capacity lady was rude too. Do not recommend

      Each Cottage Urgent Care Center is staffed by a licensed nurse practitioner and patient concierge team members dedicated to assisting patients during their visit and ensuring an efficient and comfortable care environment. Our goal is complete care within 30 minutes. This Walk-In Clinic also has online appointments available. Cottage Urgent Cares are equipped with imaging equipment. X-ray services differ by location. Please call ahead for availability. If a patient has a more serious medical condition, they may be referred to a local Emergency Department for more appropriate care.
