        First time customer. Will definitely be back. Super friendly staff who explained everything really well. Each wash is a token. I have a double coated dog and he wasn't going to get dry in the 20 minutes, so I did need to buy extra tokens/washes to spend time getting him dry. Staff checked on me during the whole process to make sure everything was ok. Came on the weekend and got my dog's nails trimmed for $15 too
