I worked with Ephraim and would highly recommend him to anyone who feels unsure of the process of financing/refinancing a home loan as a divorced single person. I was especially impressed with his tenacity when wed hit a road block. Repeatedly he answered any questions I had and was prompt in responding. I learned so much in this stressful process.
