My wife and I cannot recommend Ann high enough! When we decided to put our house on the market we wanted an experienced Realtor that had good knowledge of our community and the current real estate market. We got in touch with Ann at our home and had a meeting about what our plans and hopes were. Immediately Ann started working for us. She saw what the positive aspects of our property were and also the negatives. She also knew that the housing market was in a very unusual place with high interest rates and low inventory in the market. She developed a strategy for us on how to move forward and succeed. Not only is she a winning Realtor, she is married to Mark who is a talented Contractor. Mark was able to make room in his schedule to repair the issues that needed to be done before we could list the house. He was also very fair with how much he charged us. I dont believe I could have found a Contractor at the time that would have prioritized us the way he did. As a team Ann and Mark are All-Stars! When the house was put on the market Ann set up a weekend of Open Houses and then some private showings. The home sold right away and for over our asking price! We could not be happier! Thanks Ann! Ann Blanco is very responsible and professional. She has excellent negotiation skills. She knows the market, even provided me the information that other agent did not provide to me. For example she knows that similar houses like my house at my location are not listed and sold for two years. She also provided me other information associated with all the sale of the house like tax, tile company. She has her own repair maintenance people and staging company to make your house perfect for selling. I live outside of California and luckily found her as my realtor. I highly recommend her!
