You may need a morning after pill, a same day urgent visit for genital treatment, birth control, or various tests that are offered to keep you correctly treating yourself for the unexpected. "The Normal Human Stuff" :) Maybe your in need a quick check up on a questionable symptom?... Do not hesitate to make a appointment! It is TOO VERY SIMPLE to do on the website! If a physician at this location is unable to treat a health concern for you themselves, They will take the time to reach out to your primary care physician (or direct you to one), alerting them that your visit with them is in need of additional attention. My visits at Planned Parenthood Glendora, CA have been covered by my Medi-Cal Insurance and since the year 2010, they make sure to successfully service my needs. During my visit today I was examined by EVAN YIEH NP; a new care provider I have not yet met. He asked me various questions regarding my symptoms which helped me paint a clearer understanding. Nerves get the best of me at times. They helped calm me down; which was very much appreciated! The staff are all prepared to care for your needs no matter how busy the day can get. This is great environment built with great people!

The first time I came here I was impressed by how non-judgmental and inclusive the staff is. Mia recently did testing for me and I was impressed because they made me feel comfortable and safe. Definitely will be requesting Mia in the future! The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the receptionists. I've interacted with two of them and have heard them saying negative things about other patients right in front of me. They aren't very warm and welcoming. They've also been quick to tell me I'm making an appointment incorrectly and don't fully let me finish talking. I'm glad the clinicians and the other medical staff make up for it! The nurse practitioners, doctors, and nurses have all been wonderful and kind.

i've been here a few times for testing, general health help, and more and ever single time has been so great! The staff is always so friendly, recently Mia helped take my blood and assisted with std testing, she was the coolest and sweetest person i've ever had there! She was really thorough and professional and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. The place is also always really clean. i could never express how thankful i am to this clinic and all of its staff, especially Mia!!!

The place is pretty quick but the front desk lady is always so rude like she dont like her job. I didn't get her name but next time I will so I can update this post. I came in with my daughter with an appointment card and she says you need to make an appointment online then what the heck is the appointment card for. It doesn't even say call so not sure what her problem was
