        I've been a customer for years! Never a claim. I've been asking for a quote for a new policy for my business for weeks. They keep ignoring me. They are ignoring me to buy a policy, I cannot imagine what it would be like if I need to process a claim. I'm switching companies now. Just in case this review gets a reply saying they cannot find the details on how I contacted them, I've contacted them and talked to them several times via email, and on the phone, and I CC'd every Larkin I found in the directory plus employees... nothing.

        Timothy Larkin, has been my homeowners Insurance agent for over twenty-five years and has provided me excellent service during this period. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends to at least call him prior to acquiring new Insurance.
