Dr Humberto Villarreal was real nice he was great. I had really bad kidney stones and a blockage and infection in my kidneys. And he did 2 surgeries and fixed me right up.

I will never deal with City of Hope again. The incompetence of the staff is overwhelming & they put the blame on the patient, instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. The Dr didn't even inquire why I canceled all of my appointments, but it depends on what the nurses told him. I would never go back & will let my friends and family know not to go there. City of Failure not "Hope"

My mom went here at the urology dept for services and has been in extreme pain for over a month. She finally had her appointment and when she called back about pain medication, she was spoken to very rudely and did not receive any appropriate referrals or was able to leave a message or speak to the doctor. If a doctor is concerned about misuse of pain management medications: interview the patient, check medical records, have her take a drug test, or give her a referral. She needed something for pain management because she is in excruciating pain all day every day now. This is unacceptable treatment of patients.

Dr. Londoo has been great. She has discussed everything that is happening with my symptoms using understandable terminology. She discussed all the possible options for treatment. She even called me with the results from the samples taken during my surgery in person. This being my first experience with any type of urological issues I greatly appreciate her compassion and expertise. Thank you to Dr. Londoo and the Glendora City of Hope staff for everything.
