New Vision Dental

New Vision Dental is amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Au for almost a year now and have always walked out fully satisfied with no complaints. The customer service is outstanding including the front desk workers and other employees as well. The waiting room is always super clean and feels welcoming. The clean environment on top of the top tier chair-side manners from Dr. Au has made me feel comfortable during my dental visits. I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 months ago and they were able to easily finance my treatment in correspondence to my dental insurance. I would definitely recommend coming here for any dental services. Dr. Au and his fellow workers have never disappointed!

This place is so wonderful and Proffessional! They were able to get me in last minute and Dr. Au was so awesome!!!!! I can't recommend them enough! They are one of the best I've been too. And really helped me with out of pocket expenses!

I called to inquire about a coupon sent to me but when I was talking the receptionist felt she wanted to hear herself talk instead of what I was saying. I asked her not to talk over my voice but she is way too ignorant to pay attention so I hung up and will never visit this office EVER

I had worst experience here at this dental office. The office manager Cerina in the front office advised me of procedures which I do not need. To make it worse, they are not corporate to send my x-ray to another dental office, although they were paid for that X-ray from my insurance Delta Dental PPO. Unfortunately, I have to say that Cerina demonstrated the guarantee worst customer service I have ever seen. I ​complained to my dental insurance company and they are investigating on it.Please stay away from this dental office.
