Higgins Carpet Care

We were in the process of selling our home and we wanted the carpets to be cleaned. Once I contacted Higgins they were so nice and had someone out to clean the carpets within a couple of days. The cleaning  was very thorough. While the carpets were drying I could smell a mildewy odor. I called Higgins and they sent the person that cleaned the carpets out in a hurry. The owner of the company came with him. They were able to deodorize the room and the smell was gone in an instant. We were pleasantly surprised by the low cost of all of their work. This family owned company prioritizes customer satisfaction. Not just a good business. It's a business with a heart.

Higgins Carpet Care is the best!!  So easy to work with! They were fast, friendly and affordable!!  They did and excellent job on our carpet! The Tech Randal was extremely polite and professional. He told me everything he did as he went along.  Truly an Honest Family owned business! If I could give more stars I would!!
