German Automotive Service Center

Brought my car in for an oil leak, was told that it was a front main seal. Had the work done, they damaged a belt tensioner in the process, but didn't tell me. Paid in full, $474.65 3/13/23. The oil leak was not fixed, a misdiagnosis. They then said it was the oil filter housing gasket, charged me for the belt tensioner replacement, they broke, and wanted to charge me a "diagnosis fee" for the re-diagnosis attempt. I said, "didn't I already pay you to diagnosis the oil leak the first time?" Instead of being humble about the misdiagnosis, the unnecessary repair, and broken tensioner, they got angry that I didn't want to pay $170 more. Go to Bauer, may cost a little more, but they are professional and want to do the right thing by you! Now says I haven't been to their shop, but managed to called call me after the review, directly (even though this is my wife's account)? Until you can be upfront, and admit to an honest mistake, reviews like this will continue!

They always make my day better every time my car needs service just like today i wanted my benz beam light and david took care of everything he took it inside right away and have his professional guys to replace it with the original part meanwhile it was a great talk with david he is sich a nice and experienced owner with a very nice service. MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WAS FINISHED IN LESS THAN 30 mins AND HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A SINGLE PENNY IT WAS SUCH A NICE GESTURE FROM THEM I I CANNOT BE MORE THANKFUL. This guys are amazing, Im really glad that I went to the right place. When u meet professional guys u feel safe to keep your car with them coz u will know its in safe hands. Good prices and lovely communication. This is the first time I feel that someone is taking care of my car more than me. They check and fix a lot of things for free. The most important thing they go straight to the point that need to be fixed. Dave and Alex and all the team big thank you.
