        Returned an online purchase to this store. It was never sent back to the warehouse by the store so it took a ton of phone calls and follow up on my end to finally get my refund a month later. Store manager (Diana or Diana - I dont remember) was very dismissive when I spoke with her. She provided her cell phone number for follow up, but her voicemail was full and she never responded to my text messages. Client service center couldnt reach anyone at the store (via phone or email) to help me. Ultimately I found that the item I returned was never shipped to the warehouse for my refund. Once that was determined I had to wait another two weeks for my refund. By far, the absolute worse experiences I have ever encountered for a return. It took a month to get my refund.
