        Worst return policy. I received something for Christmas and tried to return/exchange. I dont live near a bhwm so it took me awhile to be near one again. I was 10 days past the 60 days and they could do nothing for me, no exchange, return or store credit. I will not shop here again. On receipt it states that exceptions can be made but manager didnt care enough about a return customer to make exception.
