        I had been facing an issue with my Rolex Jubilee bands and had sought assistance from two different watchmakers and even approached the authorized dealers. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix it without me having to order additional parts, which would have cost me significantly more. Fortunately, I discovered this shop and spoke with Aren over the phone before heading there. To my delight, he not only fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes but also charged me a fraction of what the other three places were quoting. This shop and Aren are now my go-to for all things related to watches! I am incredibly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this shop and Aren's expertise. Thank you so much!
