        Good luck trying to get a hold of someone over the phone, theyll put you on hold and never pick up again. You have to call multiple times, theyll even disconnect the phone so they wont hear the ringing anymore. This goes out the Banfield in Northridge too.

        I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS THAT SAY THE SERVICES WERE MORE ATTAINABLE YEARS AGO. I AM ON MY SECOND JACK RUSSELL TERRIER WITH THIER INSURANCE SO I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 24 YEARS. THE SERVICE AT THE HOSPITAL HAS GONE WAY DOWN. THEY HAVE TOO MANY MEMBERS AND NOT ENOUGH DOCTORS. THE PAST TWO YEARS HAVE BEEN THE WORST. ADMIN ALWAYS SAY WE ONLY HAVE A FEW M.D.S AND CAN'T GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMNT FOR 3-4 WEEKS. THIS TIME AROUND THEY EVEN MISDIAGNOSED MY DOG DUE TO THEIR LACK OF HELP.

        They never answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail that disconnect right after it beeps. I brought it up to their attention in person last night time my pet was due for exams. Still not fixed.
