We hired ClearTalks to replace our old on-premise phone system with the cloud-based telephone service provided directly by them. The work was done as scheduled and agreed upon, no delays, postponements, etc. Were enjoying our new system ever since. The voice quality is superior, and we never had any downtime. Look no further as they wont charge you extra fees for every little thing you may need from time to time (extensions swap, name changes on extensions, addition of new extensions, features, etc.). Their friendly support staff is always there to answer your questions and help if you need any changes or modifications done!
