I filed my taxes and paid for the services 2 months ago but it wasnt until I got frustrated checking the status on the irs website that I called H&A to state my concern, I was told that everything looks good I just need to wait for the irs because they are backed up. Literally two days later the irs website showed my status as filed/received. Im pretty sure H&A hadnt filed it until I called and inquired. Thats not cool its supposed to be filed on the spot make sure to ask for the e-file receipt if there is anything like that because the paperwork they gave me are the print outs and a generic copy paste letter they put my name on stating thank you for filing with H&A
