I, Celso Maldonado, recommend Dr. Artinyan because he is a very intelligent doctor and confident in his work. He helped me with colostomy reversal, and very complicated operations that other doctors turned me down. This doctor was the only one who gave me hope that Isidra would have the operation. He is very professional and safe. I thank him for all his help in all aspects and I am grateful to him. Their assistants are very attentive and professional. They always answer my questions. Dr Artinyan is an amazing surgeon . I had previous surgery at very well known hospital on the west side and had complications . Dr. Artinyan was able to redo the operation and fix the complication and he did all laporoscopically . I would recommend him without hesitation

The Doctor performed surgery on my 87 yr old mother. After some months had gone by, my mother was experiencing pain in the same area where the doctor had performed the surgery. My mother called the office to make an appointment with the doctor. The receptionist told my mother that her insurance was no longer accepted at their office and she would have to pay out of pocket to see the doctor now. That eventually got cleared up with the help of her regular doctor getting in touch with Dr. Artinyan. At the time of her appointment the doctor ordered some test and told my mom to call and make another appointment with him after she had her tests completed. After the tests, my mother called to schedule the appointment, unfortunately Dr. Artinyan's office lacks professionalism. No one answers their office phone and makes it almost impossible to get in touch with him. After many attempts, my mother finally was able to speak to the front office. It was a miracle that someone finally answered the phone. They scheduled a phone appointment for the doctor to call my mother so that he can go over the test results. On the day and time of the scheduled phone appointment, my mother waited by the phone for 2 hours. When my mother called to see why the doctor had called, they told my mom to hold on and they would connect her with the doctor. It didn't happen. They hung up the phone on her and didn't call back. When my mother tried calling them back, the after hour service answered the phone and stated that the office was closed. This has been the most unprofessional doctor's office that my mother has ever experienced. If by some chance Dr. Artinyan reads this review, I would suggest you need a more professional office staff.
