Ordered a part of of their online store, immediately got an email that the price had gone up, and they wanted $100 more.

This is a fabulous company to work with if you are eager to test your patients. The only part of the entire experience to have moved smoothly and efficiently was the payment as this is clearly the companys sole objective.

These guys are predatory. DO NOT do business with them. They don't return calls or emails when attempting to cancel an order. They took 3 days to send me a part that I had cancelled the order on. They overcharge for shipping pocketing the extra cost, which isn't refundable BTW. They are thieves. STAY AWAY

Keyboard they sent was not functioning fully but they immediately replaced it. Now I am happy.

I ordered a part (661-02392 i5 w/8GB RAM) and they claimed it was out of stock. The next part down (661-02391 i5 w/4GB RAM) at the time of my order was about $20 cheaper, which is why I went with the 8GB model. Why not spend $20 more to get double the RAM, these parts are not upgradeable. They responded several days later that it was out of stock and they can get me 661-02391 instead but wanted to charge $100 MORE than the original price listed, that's $75 more than I originally paid for the better part!!! Do not trust these people, they will bait and switch you, all the while changing the price on their website! DO NOT TRUST THEM. SCAMMERS. macpartstore.com and macintoshpart.com are the same place. Proof is in the pictures.
