Id rate them 0 stars if i could . I go inside this afternoon to ask the guy if I could get an inspection, as i just moved to CA & found out i needed one to register my car . The older guy there goes to check it, then walks out immediately & says the check engine light is on, go fix it then come back . So i stop & ask is there anything else i need to have done or need to get checked before I come back ? i had called previously to ask if they did inspections & he never mentioned my check engine light shouldnt be on to start with . I also wasnt aware of anything that was required to be completed before getting an inspection done . He proceeds to say, when we get there well handle B, C, D & E . Lets handle A first so i respond but is that machine you were about to use on my car going to handle B, C, etc or are you going to tell me to go get something else fixed one at a time again ? I just dont want to waste my time . He tells me when you get your engine light fixed, drive around 80-100 miles then come back .. what ? So i ask him why i should do that & he tells me its none of my business why, its in the car manual but smiles about it like its a joke .. it is my business & Id like an answer on why i need to put miles on my car when you havent told me the reason . So he proceeds to talk over me & make it seem like he cant explain the process correctly or at least professionally, so i walked away & left . A business should be able to explain things in detail . It seemed like hes done this for so long that i shouldve just listened to what he was saying like he was my father, do it & come back . Very poor first time visit . Will never refer or recommend & will definitely pass word to anyone to stay away . Will look somewhere else for my first inspection appointment because i could care less about a price when the customer service cant cant match .
