        The Converse store at Americana in Glendale, CA has an amazing collection of the latest fad in converse shoes. The Italy collection is the prominent theme. The staff is very friendly. As I notice them welcoming every customer that walks in the door!

        What a huge disappointment, the store is nreally nice, but the folks there, what a mess. There were only 3 customers including me, and the 2 guys that were "helping" kept us waiting for 20min, had to ask again, only to had to wait even more and walk out a bit frustrated. No wonder online shopping is so popular.
