Arbi was super professional and very helpful. The process of finding a place and getting approved working with a realtor is usually pretty painstaking in my experience, but Arbi made it very easy and very fast. Definitely the best realtor I have worked with in LA. I'd recommend Arbi, and Americana Management to anybody looking for a place.

I leased a beautiful property at the end of Feb 2023 using Arbi as the agent, and he made the process so smooth and accommodating with his due diligence and 24/7 mentality. Throughout the process I was in direct communication with Arbi and only Arbi. He was quite responsive and answered all of my inquiries via phone, text, and email.He was very knowledgeable with the property as if he built the property himself. Not only did he provide assistance before the move in, he took the time to provide additional help post move in. His best skills was his warm personality and honesty. He gave me great life advice and motivation, something not common from an agent.I would definitely do business with Arbi in the future.

My husband and I were in the process of buying our second home last summer and had entered into escrow with only a few weeks away from closing. Although the house was what we were looking for, there were some concerns with our agent, and we had a feeling we were being played by them along with the selling agent as some things simply did not add up. As a result, we decided to bring in a second agent to make sure we were not buying a home which we would regret forever. By chance we found Arbi and within 24 hours of contacting Arbi, he was able to pull all the city records related to the subject home which revealed a lot of information and confirmed our suspicions. In addition, Arbi explained all the issues related to the home and what we were facing down the road, but told us it was still up to us if we wanted to go through the purchase. It was evident that not everything was disclosed to us, and as a result we canceled the purchase. We then hired Arbi to help us in either finding our second home or an investment property.  I can't tell you what a pleasure it has been working with Arbi and his team. Arbi not only found what we were looking for and the area we wanted to invest in, but he stayed with us throughout the entire process of the purchase and helped us to rent the units.  He was with us at every step of the way and so easy to reach whether it was in the morning, during the day or over the weekend to answer questions and address our concerns.  In fact, Arbi is currently working with our daughter in finding her first home and with no doubt he will deliver again. We highly recommend Arbi and his team not only buying/selling your home, but also he does a great job of managing/renting out properties.
