Ana went above and beyond to help us get the house ready for sale. During a time of supply chain issues and high worker demands she recommended vendors and helped us in overseeing several major projects on our 100-year old house. This included painting, some new plantings, a new gate and the courtyard spruced up. A stager was brought in and professional photos taken to get us the best possible bids on the property. These were services we would not have been able to accomplish on our own, especially in the current sellers market and on a very short time frame. We were extremely happy with the outcome - to the home and to the final price.
Ana was very accessible via text, email and Zoom and kept us in the loop on showings, potential buyers and what to expect throughout the process. She was helpful, smart and savvy throughout the bidding and countering process. Knowing we could trust the person handling this major transaction made selling the house as stress-free as possible.
