Edwin sold my home within days of listing for far, far above asking price. His marketing videos/photos and open house were exceptionally done. Also, I am sure the experience could not have been better with any other realtor. Edwin took control of everything, from decluttering, cleaning, repairs and staging in order to show my house to best advantage. I needed this level of involvement by a realtor since I had moved out of state some months prior and flew in for just a few weekd to prep my house for sale. Based on that, I also decided to have Edwin sell my home, and I now give him my highest recommendation. When you are in the life-changing situation of buying or selling a home (in my case, my home of 30 years), you need someone you can absolutely trust to have your best interests in mind at all times, with a goal of maximizing the return. From the site analysis, recommendations prior to listing, marketing strategy, and many meetings and phone calls, I knew I had the right person for the job. Edwin made himself available to me for calls day or night, and he called me just as frequently with ideas and updates. All decisions were mine to make, but guided by Edwin's recommendations and expertise gained from years of experience. He did an intense marketing campaign and held 2 open houses. The offers came pouring in! All offers were well above listing price, and we found great buyers and had a smooth escrow that closed on time. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to sell our Glendale (Emerald Isle) house. Edwin did everything he said he was going to do, and more. His marketing was terrific and his suggestions for minor improvements to our house were based on his years of experience and were right on target. He spared no expense on beautiful photography and videos and he knew how to show off our house. He never mentioned selling our house privately because he wanted what was best for us. He personally was at every showing of our house and did not pass it off to a colleague. He always gave us his full attention and answered texts and calls promptly. Our house sold quickly and for top dollar. We recommend him highly!
