I think my family likes Dave Robles more than they like me. Im kinda getting sick of all the accolades they pour on him, telling me how impressed they are by how smoothly he handled the sale of my home, and purchase of a new one. And what an advocate he was for me, on both sides of the process. And how Iucky I was to have found him. Darned if theyre not right, though. My extended family had plenty of opportunities to meet Dave, because my entire buying/selling process took over a year and a half. In large part because my list of must haves constantly evolved over time to the point where even I was annoyed by me. But Dave remained unflappable and helpful, adjusting his recommendations with my changing whims. So twas that my search for the perfect 1920s Spanish home in Glendale ended with me in a California ranch in the West Valley. Go figure. Whenever I was stricken with fear, over one bump or another, in the selling or buying process, Dave would calmly talk me down from the ledge. You mean youve seen this happen before? Id snivel. Sure. This isnt a big deal. Well just (fill in solution here). Oh, Id say, now feeling silly for having even brought it up. (If youre of a certain age: imagine Emily Litella saying, Nevvvvvvver minnnnnnd. It was like that.) Id use Dave again in a heartbeat, if it werent for the fact that I plan never to leave my beautiful dream home. (Maybe he did TOO good a job!)

Jackson went beyond our expectations when it came to helping us a find our home. We had been working with a different agency and felt like something was missing...and what was missing was Jackson!!!!We were asked to vacate our current residence unexpectedly a week after our daughter had just started kindergarten. We were emotional and uncertain if we could even afford a home. Our family had moved 4 times in the last 5yrs and we determined to no longer throw our money away in rent. Jackson was honest and completely transparent from the beginning to end and to our surprise we were able find and purchase our forever home. And not just a regular house a home that was completely updated and renovated, with an attached 2 car garage, in a cul de sac under asking and most importantly close to our daughter's school!!! As first time sellers we were naturally nervous at the prospect of selling our beautiful Burbank home.  Jackson and Dave at Think Real Estate put us at ease. To the whole process they brought expert knowledge and experience, friendliness, and (most importantly) transparency.  Their seasoned knowledge of the market and real estate business, as well as good relationships with other realtors in the area, made the whole process very easy on us.

Words cannot express the gratitude our family has for Dave, but I will try. We sold our family home of 43 years recently and moved out of state. The process was hard enough to work through as you can imagine, but Dave was right there the whole time as patient as could be. I will not go into detail about the buyers and how challenging they were, but trust me, this was a doozy! Dave was calm throughout, firm when he needed to be with them, and gave recommendations to us that although hard to do, were solid and fair. I would recommend Dave to anyone and everyone as he truly loves the community he lives in and works for! Thank you Dave for everything you did for our family!
